Monday's "The Simple Woman's Daybook"

Have you come across any blogs that post "The Simple Woman's Daybook" on Mondays? I have, and I really enjoy reading them so I thought I might start filling one out myself.

"The Simple Woman's Daybook" originally started at http://thesimplewomansdaybook.blogspot.com/ . Check it out!

FOR TODAY...
October 5, 2009

Outside my window...it's cool and cloudy.

I am thinking...about the weather. I sure hope it doesn't storm while I'm out and about today with Ethan and my MIL, Carol! I hate storms!!

I am thankful for...my family. They're an absolute blessing.

From the kitchen...I'll be making Baked Cheese Crepes for dinner and a Buttermilk Pie. Italian and Southern...don't really go together..but oh well!

I am wearing...a purple shirt, pajama pants and socks

I am creating...a festive fall home. I got more decor yesterday! Thanks mom! =)

I am going...to the audiologist today for Ethan's second hearing test. Please pray it goes well!

I am reading...That Certain Spark, but Cathy Marie Hake

I am hoping...that Ethan's hearing test goes very well today...and again, that it doesn't storm while we're out!

I am hearing...my husband laughing. Love it!

Around the house...lots of laundry to do!

One of my favorite things...is sipping on Sweet Tea while reading a good book.

A few plans for the rest of the week: Visit my Grandma; go to Mardel; Financial Peace University at church; babysit my BFF's son, Nathan.

Here is picture thought I am sharing...

Sometimes I really miss being pregnant.
Don't get any ideas, though!!

I do like being able to sleep comfortably, touch my toes, and walk without looking like a duck!
But it was so fun knowing a little baby was growing inside of me! Feeling Ethan kick and stretch (and even hiccup!) was amazing.
