Today, my song choice is Mighty to Save by Hillsong.

I LOVE this song. We sing it often at church and I get so excited everytime we do. I can't help but sing as loud as possible (bad notes and all) because God is so good--He's truly MIGHTY to save!!

My favorite line in this song, though, is when it says, "He rose and conquered the grave, Jesus conquered the grave" HOW AMAZING!? I have two precious grandpas and a friend from high school up there with the Lord--they are there because HE has conquered death, hell and the grave...and one day, I'll see them again because Christ, Who is MIGHTY to save, gave me eternal life through His precious blood and resurrection power. Thank You Jesus!!

Worship and Praise Sunday

I decided to join Brittany at Sweet Nothings in sharing favorite worship and praise songs each Sunday!

The song I chose is called In Christ Alone (My Hope is Found). It's written by Keith Getty and Stuart Townend, but performed here by Adrienne Liesching and Geoff Moore. This has to be one of my all-time favorite worship songs!

This song PUMPS ME UP! The whole song is amazing, but the words I made bold/enlarged are the ones that really speak to me. I'm safe in the arms of my Father...FOREVER.
